Using Everloom
These terms govern your use of Everloom's account, LifeStory Vault, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Everloom for an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
Founding Vault access
The Everloom Founding Vault includes access during the paid 12-month term described in the applicable offer, subject to these terms and the service's then-current capabilities. It does not promise permanent storage, perpetual access, unlimited storage, uninterrupted availability, or that a particular future feature will be delivered.
Your account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password and sign-in method secure, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account to the extent permitted by law. Please use an account owner who can responsibly manage family invitations and vault decisions.
Your content, rights, and permissions
You keep any rights you have in the materials you submit. You give Everloom the limited permission needed to host, process, organize, display, and make your materials available within the service to you and the people you authorize.
You must have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to upload, share, and ask Everloom to process each item. This includes permissions from photographers, copyright holders, people shown or heard, and any other person whose rights may be affected. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or harmful.
Family invitations and access
The vault owner controls invitations and may add or remove family contributors or viewers through available account controls. Before inviting someone, consider whether they should see the vault's materials and whether they have consented to receive the invitation. Invited people should respect the privacy of the family and must not use, copy, or share vault materials outside the permissions given by the owner or applicable law.
AI-assisted stories, voices, and likenesses
Everloom may offer tools that help organize memories or generate drafts, summaries, prompts, timelines, or stories. These outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, sensitive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or sharing them.
Do not upload, imitate, clone, synthesize, or request a clone of another person's voice or likeness unless you have that person's authorization or another clear legal right to do so. Do not present an AI-generated output as an authentic recording, statement, or endorsement when it is not. Everloom may remove or limit content or use that appears to violate these rules.
Planned features are not promises
References to possible exports, downloads, documentaries, printed books, or other future or planned features are informational only unless a feature is currently available and expressly included in your applicable offer. We may change, delay, or decide not to release planned functionality.
Content access, deletion, and service changes
You may request account or vault deletion by contacting team@everloom-5rf.madethis.app. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Removing a vault can end access for everyone invited to it. If an account is inactive, a paid term ends, or we discontinue the service, we intend to provide reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to request available content before deletion where practicable and legally permitted. Exact notice and grace periods are not yet final.
Where an export or download option is available, you may use it. If it is not available, you may request help, but we do not guarantee a particular export method, format, or recovery outcome.
Ending access
You may stop using Everloom at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We will use reasonable notice when circumstances allow, but immediate action may be necessary for security, safety, or legal reasons.
Disputes, changes, and contact
Questions, concerns, or disputes should first be sent to team@everloom-5rf.madethis.app so we can try to resolve them directly. Governing law, venue, and any formal dispute process must be finalized by the founder and counsel before these terms are treated as final. We may update these terms with reasonable notice when appropriate.
