A private vault, managed by its owner
Vault owners manage access through the tools Everloom makes available. Every family member should be invited thoughtfully, and account credentials should be kept private.
Consent comes before contribution
Uploaders need the rights and permissions to share each photo, recording, story, voice, and likeness. Never submit or clone someone else's voice or likeness without authorization.
Careful storage, not impossible promises
We use reasonable measures intended to protect vault information and may maintain backups for operational recovery. No system can promise zero loss, complete security, or uninterrupted availability.
A path to ask for your information
When export or download tools exist, you can use them. Otherwise, email our team to request help. We will be transparent about what is currently possible rather than promising future formats or features.
What the Founding Vault includes
The Founding Vault is an access promise for the paid 12-month term in the applicable offer, subject to the Terms of Service. It is not a promise of indefinite storage or access. Storage capacity, tools, and availability may change as the service develops, subject to applicable terms and reasonable notice where appropriate.
Backups, deletion, and a reasonable notice path
We may use backups and recovery practices that are reasonable for the service, but those practices are not a guarantee against every loss, error, delay, or security event. If a vault is deleted, an account is closed, or the service is being discontinued, we intend to provide reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to request currently available content before deletion where practicable and legally permitted. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records.
What is available now versus later
Everloom will describe currently available tools in the product. References to exports, downloads, documentaries, books, or other features that are planned or under consideration do not promise that they will be available, included, or delivered on a specific timeline.
